Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the reality of quality standards in institutes and programs Intellectual Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the viewpoint of the teachers, the study of these standards in all aspects (vision, goals, management and staff, the educational environment, evaluation and diagnosis , services and programs), and checking the impact of the variables: years of experience, qualifications and training courses in the answers of teachers, and the study of the obstacles that prevent the application of quality in the (organizational aspects, educational aspects, aspects of leadership).

To achieve the goal of this study, the researchers prepared questionnaire by taking advantage of the theoretical background and previous studies, matching the goals and questions of this study, the sample taken randomly from teachers of disability intellectual in Riyadh, and it was (162) teachers, the results of the study show consent of the teachers of the existence of quality standards in the institutions and programs in the aspects (vision, mission, management and employees) in a high degree of approval, while they gave a medium approval of the existence of quality standards in the institutions and programs in the aspects of (educational environment, evaluation and diagnosis, programs and services) the teachers agreed that there are obstacles to the application of quality standards is the (organizational aspects, educational aspects), in while opinions varied about the (leadership aspects) it was a medium degree of approval.
