Abstract EN

The study aimed at finding out the reality of the punishment methods used with pupils with special needs and their relation to the trend attitudes these methods, and the differences in them according to some demographic variables in a sample of 450 teachers, There were differences between the sexes in the methods of punishment in favor of males, while there were no differences in the sample according to the class of pupil, while there were differences according to nationality in the reality of methods of punishment For the benefit of the Egyptian sample, There was also a correlation between the reality of punishment methods and the trend attitudes those methods as described in report of the study, In the light of these findings, the present study presented a number of recommendations that could contribute to improving the status of teachers and their correct understanding of the punishment methods used with pupils with special needs.
