Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify relation between pragmaticslanguage disorder and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder in the light of variable in sex and age.

The study of samples included 60 kids of both sexes with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.

The kids enrolled in a number of primary schools and centers in Riyadh.

The study is descriptive, and the researchers used diagnostic measures of pragmatics-language disorder (Prepared by Helanda and Helman 2007), translated and codified by the two researchers(2018).

The study also used diagnostic measures attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (Dr.

AbdulAziz Alsayed Alshakhs (1984) and recodified in 2011) The result of the study indicated a positive association relation with statistically significant between pragmaticslanguage disorder and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.

In addition, the study indicated differences of statistical significant between male and female in favor of male, as well as existence differences of statistical significant between different ages (6-8),(9-11) in favor of the older one.

The study recomanded studing pragmatic languge disorder with other disabilities, and also studing it with teenagers with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.
