Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the most difficult obstacles that faces students in the field training, namely organizational, academic counselling and difficulties associated with the field of training institutions.

The questionnaire was used to collect data from (30) samplesof study.

The majority of sample respondents are moderately satisfied with the performance level of the teaching staff.

All members of the sample of the study believe that the lack of qualification of the specialists negatively affects the specialization outputs.

The study recommends to choose training institutions which is relevant to specialization to ensure the success of the training process .i.e.

of the appropriate capacity, adequate preparations for the reception of students, further studies that evaluate ,other training programs and compare them with the field training program of practical aspect .
