In this research, we examine some types of argumentation who are the fallacious argumentation or Fallacy, where we know of these argumentation and their linguistic and non-linguistic methods.

We show the most important pre-emptive strategies that the arguments use before the beginning of the speech, and others within the discours, through a set of evidence in the Arab literary heritage.
