In the light of the strategic directions taking place in contemporary institutions, recognizing the need for change is imperative.

One of the most deliberate aspects of strategic change and excellence in a competitive market is the adoption of total quality management as a strategic option for the development of university institutions.

Therefore, there must be full conviction of the senior management of the importance of this concept and make it at the forefront of its strategies, and thus, directing it to contribute to meet the needs of various members of the academic community for more effective coexistence in an era of globalization.
