Abstract EN

This study aims to clarify the impact of the environmental management system ISO 14000 on the human performance in Tebessa Cement Corporation.

In order to answer the problem presented and test the hypotheses, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the sample of the study represented by employees in quality and environment management, human resource management, production management and some productive workers.

And the sample included 45 workers.

After analyzing the data collected by using the SPSS program, the study concluded that the environmental management system affects the human performance in Tebessa Cement Corporation by increasing the productivity of workers and achieve their job satisfaction.
