Abstract EN

After this modest survey of Greek philosophical thought we can state the most important findings of the research: 1- The Sophists who were the opponents of Plato and his tutor Socrates were the first to deal with the problem of justice.

Their philosophical convictions were based on considerations related to the intellectual and the cognitive problem of the mind and they considered the individual as the scale of everything.

2- Plato's thesis refuted the philosophy of sophistication, knowing that Plato did not believe in the democratic concept of justice as his words confirmed that: The slaves were completely wrong when they believe in equality, because justice can never be the same as long as people are created unequally by their nature that justice is embodied in society in a practical way when everyone does what he is responsible for.

3- Justice is the utopian city of Plato .

Plato responds to the Sophists by saying that justice is based on nature and not on custom and tradition, so that he wants to establish his city on the basis of solid justice.
