In this paper we have tried to conduct a thorough reflection around the following elements: territories, resources, and the role of public policies in a context of an Algerian territory rich in potentialities, particularly agricultural.
These potentialities are likely to constimte a showcase of a local territory conveying a specific value enhancing on an international scale.
We will also try in this work to show the interest for the Algerian decision- makers to adopt the chain strategy to make better use of the specific resources making the territory a particularity that it is necessary to make more visible.

L'objectif de notre article est de construire une réflexion autour des éléments suivants : territoires, ressources, et le rôle des politiques publiques dans le contexte d’un territoire algérien riche en potentialités notamment agricoles et susceptibles de constituer une vitrine d'un territoire local véhiculant une spécificité valorisante à l'échelle internationale.
Nous tenterons également dans ce présent travail de montrer l'intérêt pour les décideurs algériens d'adopter la stratégie de filière pour mieux valoriser les ressources spécifiques faisant du territoire une particularité qu'il convient de rendre plus visible.
