Abstract EN

The study aimed to analyze the relationship between intellectual capital in its different dimensions with the management of organizational change in Algerian telecom operational directorate in djelfa,we used the questionnaire as a tool for gathering information ,where sample of36 randomly at different levels of administration.

One of The most important results was existence of a strong positive relation intellectual capital and management of organizational change in an organization under study.

the study also recommended paying attention to intellectual capital in order to manage organizational change in the face of modern changes and challenges.
