Abstract EN

This study aims at improving the effectiveness of evaluating the organizational performance of the Algerian University by simulating the proactive strategic factors of the project and the processes that include the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the organizational performance in return, which is the essence of the strategic administrative work.

This modest research came to examine the existence of this natural interaction and to know some of its positive manifestations, through the effects of informal groups on organizational change within the university administration in terms of the social picture of its organizational management behavior.
