Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أثر صافي رأس المال العامل بأبعاده (التغير في إجمالي الموجودات المتداولة، التغير في إجمالي المطلوبات المتداولة، صافي رأس المال العامل إلى إجمالي الموجودات) على التدفقات النقدية الاستثمارية في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية المدرجة في بورصة عمان.
و اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تم استخدام استخدام حزمة التحليل الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية ((SPSS في التحقق من فرضيات الدراسة، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة المدرجة في بورصة عمان والبالغ عددها (50) شركة.
أما عينة الدراسة فقد تكونت من (26) شركة صناعية مدرجة في بورصة عمان شكلت ما نسبته (52%) من مجتمع الدراسة، تم اختيارها بالطريقة الطبقية التناسبية لاختيار شركات العينة من جميع القطاعات وبنسبة تضمن تغطية جميع مجتمع الدراسة.
و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=(a لصافي رأس المال العامل بأبعاده (التغير في إجمالي الموجودات المتداولة، التغير في إجمالي المطلوبات المتداولة، صافي رأس المال العامل إلى إجمالي الموجودات) على التدفقات النقدية الاستثمارية في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية المدرجة في بورصة عمان.
و في ضوء النتائج فقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة قيام الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان بتحسين كفاءة أدارة رأس المال العامل من خلال مراعاة الشركات الصناعية الأردنية المدرجة في بورصة عمان عند اتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بالاستثمار في رأس المال العامل لطبيعة منتجات الشركة، و طول الدورة التشغيلية لنشاطها، و حجم مبيعاتها، و سياسة الاحتفاظ بالبضاعة المتبعة لديها، و سياسة الائتمان، و كفاءة إدارة الموجودات المتداولة.
English Abstract
The study aimed at showing the effect of net working capital with its dimensions (change in total current assets, change in total current liabilities, and net working capital to total assets) on the investment cash flows of the Jordanian industrial companies listed in the Amman stock exchange.
The study was based on the descriptive analytical method, where the spss was used to test the hypotheses of the study.
The study population was composed of all the (50) public shareholding industrial companies listed on the Amman stock exchange.
the sample of the study consisted of (26) industrial companies listed on the Amman stock exchange, which constituted (52%) of the population of the study, and was selected by the proportionate stratified method for selecting sample companies from all sectors, and in a percentage that covers all the population of the study.
The results of the study showed that there was a statistically significant effect at the level of (α = 0.05) for net working capital in its dimensions (change in total current assets, change in total current liabilities, net working capital to total assets) on investment cash flows in industrial companies listed in Amman stock exchange.
In light of the results, the researcher recommended that the industrial companies listed on the Amman stock exchange should improve the efficiency of working capital management.
the study also recommended that companies should pay attention in making decisions regarding investment in net working capital and decisions concerning working capital financing methods the length of the operational cycle of its activity, the volume of its sales, the policy of keeping the goods used, the credit policy and the efficiency of managing the current assets when making decisions regarding investment in working capital
