The aim of this study was to identify the relationship between the cultural diversity and the different performance appraisal strategies inside modern organizations.

Besides.

It looks for ways to fit the performance appraisals processes with the prevailing Cultural and behavioral values inside and outside organization as a cultural and social system effected by the environement.

To achieve the study goals.

it focused on the new six-dimentional edited Hofstde model to get the impact of cultural differences on the performance evaluation in societies with different characteristics and concluded that there were important implications for these differences on the performance generally, and the performance appraisal as a partial of performance levels, and confirmed that the need to study the human resources in its social and cultural environement cannot be missed in order to understand it, motivate it and evaluate it in the perfect way to reach the organization's goals.
