Abstract EN

This study aims to show the problems of human resources training in accordance with the traditional systems and trends that prevent it from achieving its objectives, Especially with the advantages of the environment which are: the rapid aging of information and the continuous need to develop the scientific and behavioral capacities of human resources towards achieving the objectives of economic companies.

The study seeks to find radical solutions to these problems by adopting the re-engineering approach as a new way of thinking and radical change for development that allows for fundamental rethinking and radical re-design of training in accordance with the age of technology and knowledge.

According to the literary presentation of study and after the applied study in Naftal which defined the identification of the training mechanisms and diagnosed the most important problems experienced by the company, a model was designed with four basic stages showing how to use reengineering as a methodology to train human resources.
