The present study aimed at identifying the reality of Total Quality Management (TQM) in private schools in Jordan from the point of view of private school principals.

In order to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (52) items where its validity and reliability were assured.

The researchers used the survey approach and the questionnaire was distributed on the study sample which consisted of (285) private school principals.

The results of the study showed that the degree of appreciation of the reality of total quality management in private schools in Jordan from the point of view of the members of the study sample was medium.

The study also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimations of the study sample of the reality of total quality management in the private schools in Jordan attributed to the gender variable at the macro-level of the tool and on all dimensions.
