A lot of new communicative phenomena have emerged in the field of public space in Arab world during the last few years.

Thus, it is so important to draw attention to the repercussions of these phenomena in order to determine their effects, particularly those which are related to media practice and have dominated public space, daily behaviour, and have produced many levels of communication, influencing the social system.
