In this article, we try to highlight the reality of the use of the Arabic language in the speech of students and professors at the University of Bejaia in the field of human rights by highlighting the importance of this language in the academic discourse of the university and its impact on the classical Arabic language.

However, it is noted that the university education discourse in Bejaia is a mixture of Arabic, French and kabyle in terms of use of this language.

And the question is : What is the effect of these linguistic phenomena on the use of classical Arabic?
