English Abstract

The study is aims at recognizing the quality of administrative scientific research and supporting the management of universities to achieve it from the point of view of academic supervisors in Palestinian universities, the researcher used the analytical, descriptive approach for this purpose, A questionnaire was used a main tool for data collection, the size of the sample was (43) Individuals, while (35) questionnaire were obtained response a response of (81.4%), the researcher used comprehensive limitation approach for data collection, and used the (SPSS) was used as a statistical package the assumptions, the results of the study have concluded that ,there is a high degree of approval of the quality of administrative research, There is a low degree of approval of the support of the senior management of universities to achieve quality in scientific research, there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of answers on Topics Search due to the following demographic variables (service), The research has introduced a set of recommendations, among which: The necessity to adopt the quality in different aspects of research, especially those related to objectivity in the presentation of the content of data and results related to research, and to rely on the international standard tools to collect research data for accuracy and high scientific credibility, Certified and prestigious global data in management research.

And the selection of leading scientific topics in the field of management, through the holding of seminars and workshops to find out the most important topics with the participation of academics, and in practice with the participation of stakeholders from companies, institutions, banks, ministries and research and development centers.

And support the management of universities for scientific research and operations and attention to all inputs and outputs through, financial support and monitoring budgets to improve the quality of scientific research produced by those universities
