English Abstract

The objective of the research was to identify the reality of the commitment of the scientific messages in the theoretical aspect of the quality standards of scientific research in Gaza.

The researchers used the analytical descriptive method using the questionnaire as a tool for study.

It was built by the researchers based on the criteria of scientific research standards issued by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

applied to the research sample consisting of all the administrators and Master Thesis Discussant in the faculties of education in the Palestinian universities in Gaza (the Islamic University, Al - Azhar University, Al- Aqsa University), and was the most prominent results include: the axis (classification references) exceeded 80% (reference) test, M P there are some paragraphs within the axis did not exceed this limit, as the following dimensions : study title, introduction to the study, selection and formulation of the study problem, writing study questions and hypotheses, writing the study objectives, writing the importance of the study, writing the limits of the study and terminology, writing the theoretical framework, writing Previous studies, got less than 80% rate (reference test), with the approach of most of the quality developed by the researchers fairly, and with the presence of some of the paragraphs in these hubs got the highest quality limit, and recommended research with several recommendations, the most important: focus on the Scientific subject matter, to reach the quality limit, especially from the practical point of view when teaching the subject, And the follow-up diligent student researcher, for continuous modification and continuous suggestions from the supervisor, and finally conduct such research in other disciplines to find out the quality of research in these disciplines
