English Abstract

The research focuses on the impact of the elements of the success of research, business, and economic research centers on the selection of project proposals that simulate the reality in Gaza.

The analytical descriptive method was used and a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of NGOs employees in Gaza governorate who are involved in developing funding proposals and coordinating projects.

The number of distributed questionnaires was (31) and (30) questionnaires were retrieved by 96.8%.

The study found number of results mainly: there is a high level of agreement by the respondents about the availability of the following elements (freedom of scientific research during work in research, business and economic centers, conviction of the role of centers of research, business and economic studies, The quality of researchers working in research centers, business and economic studies, the process of selecting project proposals implemented by donors under certain criteria) While there is a moderate level of agreement by the respondents about providing data for the preparation of research projects in the centers of research, administrative, and economic studies.

It was found that there is a statistically significant relationship between the elements of the success of research centers, administrative, and economic studies and the selection of project proposals that simulate the reality in Gaza.

Additionally, it was clear that the order of research, administrative, and economic center products and the quality of the researchers work affect positively with statistical significance on the selection of project proposals that simulate the reality in Gaza, while showing the weakness of the impact of the rest of the elements.
