Abstract EN

The aim of this study to clarify the extent of the contribution of human resources management through recruitment and training functions in the promotion and development of sports practice civil protection sector ( Firefighter) the researcher used the descriptive approach by building a questionnaire contains two axes by 12 expressions every 6 expressions represent the axis of which resulted in several similar previous studies linked to the subject of the research, the study concluded that the management of human resources through the recruitment and training functions contribute significantly to the promotion and development of sports practice civil protection (Firefighter) sector.
