Abstract EN

Al-Hejaz was considered for a long historic period as an essential point for all governing rulers in the Islamic World owning to existing holy places that being formed as a legislative bases for any Muslim Ruler in the Islamic state .

The Othmanians have been aware this reality when they bequeathed Hejaz governing from Mamluk State having authority over the state.

Hence , anyone having control on this state could impose control on feelings of Muslims .Therefore, Othmanian concern over Two holy and honored places comes through concerning over deling with ( Haj) , renewing Honored Kaaba garment and maintaining Holy Mosque and Al-Nabawi honored mosque .

As the rein of Sulatn ( SULAIMAN AL-QANOONI) in Hejaz was hugely distinguished from other Othmanians Sultans in field of Islamic Architecture, it has been taken as a sample for this current study.
