Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the role of applying principles of Total Quality Management ( T Q M ) in improving of management employees performance in governmental institutions , The problem of study was represented in the necessity to identfy a new approach to appropriately manage the global economic change by which an institution can maintain its position in markets through satisfying customer .

The study adopted the descriptive analytical method .The population of study consisted of Authority's employees .

The study used a questionnaire to collect data from 200 participant , which then were analyzed by using the Statistic Package for Social Science .

The main hypothesis of study is ; There is a statistically significant relationship between Principles of TQ M ( management support and commitment , continuous improvement , decision-making according to fact ) and the improvement of employee's performance .

The most important finding of the study is that TQM is Principles positively improves the employee's performance .

The study recommended governmental institutions to train employees scientifically according to their training needs.
