The emergence of the Sunni schools of Islamic jurisprudence was at the beginning of Islam, especially after the Prophet Mohammed era, peace be upon him, in which His companions , His followers and the Muslims worked hard in applying His sayings and His actions.

Since Islam spread and became rooted, it exposed to many new religious and legislative issues, thus, it was necessary to resort to the jurisprudence of this doctrinal issues emerging to satisfy the needs of the people and reply their queries.

So, a group of consistent and jurists in religion appeared to teach people their religion.

The Doctrine Hanafi was one of these schools of Islamic jurisprudence.
