Abstract EN

The principle of territorial intelligence has the function of organizing material and human resources in a context of collective and active work, for the perfect using of resources, in order to favor sustainable and local development; by using ICTs depends on open governance.

The adoption of this concept within the functional framework of the territorial collectivities has the challenge to get adopted in all speed, and with a competitive profit-rate in the face of the modest uses of the public resources which influence at the territorial society.
