The aim of this study is to know the role of structure and management in the region of Biskra at the revolution, especially after the soummam Conference was held in 1956, where she managed the revolution to restructure itself, emerged, many selfproclaimed regular committees in order to perform its functions, whether administrative or military people, and also paid great attention to the Organization and the level of each State and region and apportionment of the commissions and their role is limited to only 5-year issues ration.

With regard to administrative management revolutionary Biskra region was thinking regionally in operation – which runs the whole Arab and religious in its legislation and its provisions, in their decisions, quick responses, homogeneous and complementary between the various bodies of the horizontal and vertical, unified in its information between the Summit and base, taken in training, continuous training and development base reference for framing.
