Investment methods of Waqf agricultural property vary, the rent contract is considered as the most used method in the scientific reality, as it can the waqf agricultural lands can be invested by the rent or irrigation contrat, which are primitive methods, marginalized, inadequate with economic developments, as a consequence, the expoitation and investment of this lands is really limited, such we have to search the constraints of the agricultural waqf land investment having a big importance in the economic, Waqf development, in conformity with Islamic legislation provisions and insuring permanence of benefit of the waqf rentals permanantely and protect it from neglect,loss and looting with suggestion of modern methods to invest it- As a privilege – in conformity with economic data evolution.
