Abstract EN

This study aimed to test the simple and multiple regression model of the effect of the job empowerment and its dimension (Meaning, Self-efficacy, Selfdetermination and Impact) on Organizational Citizenship.

For this purpose, data obtained from 62 employees who works in Solidarity Proximity Cells .

The study found that the simple regression results indicate that the Job Empowerment has significant effect on Organizational Citizenship.

In addition, the multiple regression results indicated that just both dimension of meaning and Selfdetermination was the two dimension that effect and predict organizational Citizenship.
