This study found the need to maintain the biological balance in the environment, Whereas any overflow on this system would have negative effects at various levels in economic and environmental aspects.

This is a problem in aggravation or increasing, So it is necessary a serious pause to reduce this dangerous phenomenon through combine efforts in legislative, executive and monitoring institutions.
