Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية لواء قصبة عمان لمعايير القيادة في جائزة الملك عبد الله الثاني لتميز الأداء الحكومي و الشفافية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة منهج البحث الوصفي التحليلي، و قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة لهذا الغرض مكونة من (38) فقرة، موزعة على خمس مجالات تشكل المعايير الفرعية لمعيار القيادة في جائزة الملك عبد الله الثاني لتميز الأداء الحكومي و الشفافية.

و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الحكومية في لواء قصبة عمان و البالغ عددهم (4454) معلقا و معلمة، و تم اختيار عينة بطريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية بلغت (475) معلما و معلمة بنسبة (10%) تقريبا من المجتمع الأصلي.

و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء قصبة عمان لمعايير القيادة في جائزة الملك عبدالله الثاني لتميز الأداء الحكومي و الشفافية من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، و بمتوسط حسابي (3.48)، و انحراف معياري (0.23)، و لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=a) في استجابة عينة الدراسة تعزى المتغيرات الدراسة المرحلة(التعليمية للمدرسة، عدد سنوات الخبرة المؤهل العلمي)، و توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=a) في استجابة عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير (الجنس).

و قد أوصت الدراسة بتشجيع و تعزيز المديرين على الممارسات القيادية الإيجابية، و التركيز في التدريب أثناء الخدمة على روح الفريق و العمل الجماعي، و تشجيع بناء فرق العمل المتخصصة في مختلف المجالات.

English Abstract

The study aimed at identifying the degree of practice of the directors of the public schools in the Directorate of education of the Kasbah Amman for the standards of leadership in the King Abdullah II Award for excellence of government performance and transparency from teachers' perspective.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive research method, and designed a questionnaire for this purpose consisting of (38) paragraphs, divided into five areas which form the sub-criteria of the leadership criterion in the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency.

The study community was composed of all teachers of public schools in the province of directorate of education of the Kasbah Amman (4454) teachers.

A sample was selected in the random sample method (475) teachers (10%) of the original community.

The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing public school principals in the Directorate of education of the Kasbah Amman for the leadership standards in the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency from Teachers Perspective was high, with an average of (3.48) and a standard deviation of (0.23).

There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the response of the study sample due to the variables (the educational stage of the school, the experience, the scientific qualification), and there was significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the study sample response due to the variable (gender).The study recommended encouraging and strengthening managers on positive leadership practices, focusing on in-service training on team spirit and teamwork, and encouraging the building of specialized task forces in various fields.
