This paper examines the problem by trying to investigate the phenomenon of underdeveloped neighborhoods in Algeria, which is not natural, but is a result of the movement of the population between the cities themselves and from the countryside to the city.

Man-made relationships with the space in which he lives through his practices in the architecture of underdeveloped neighborhoods within empty urban enclaves.
