Abstract EN

The present study includes isolation of fifteen isolates of lactic acid bacteria )LAB) from animals milk (cows, sheeps and human's milk).

These isolates were identified using morphological and biochemical tests, the results revealed that all the isolates belong to the Lactobacillus genus.

In addition, the genetic variations were analyzed among these bacterial isolates by polymerase chain reaction technique random ampilification of polymorphic DNA (RAPD PCR) and the results, showed that diversity among these isolates exist at high level which may be related to the source of these bacteria.
