Abstract EN

The Crimea khania in Ottomans and Russians relations 1475- 1783 Mohammed el- fateh liberated Crimean peninsula in 1475.

His policy was to extent the Ottoman state .

Because of its location on the Black an dits political and economic importance , the Ottoman state prevented other forces to be its competitors over this land like the southern and the Russians .

the Crimean had an important role in supporting the Ottomans who did not intervene to change the system of government in crimea .

so they kept the Crimean leader (khans: a title giren to Crimean princes) in power .

moreover, the ottomans did not deprived the Crimean form their rights.

Over three centuries , Russia weakend the ottomans authority which led finally to occupy the crimea peninsula in 1783.

Then Russia displaced and replaced its Muslim people with the Christians to have a demographic change for the benefit of Russia.

The ottomans state could not get it back due to the anarchy from which it suffered in spite of the many unsuccessful attempts to get the crimea back.
