The Islamic approach in dealing with international relations is characterized by combining idealism and realism at the same time.

Islamic jurisprudence has also permitted the establishment of commercial relations with non-Muslims in their country.

At the same time, the Islamic approach was realistic in dealing with its enemies, asking the Muslims to prepare.

In this study, we try to illustrate the position of Islamic jurisprudence on the development of relations between countries in the age of international organizations, as well as the old and contemporary jurists, and the view of ancient and modern jurists to the world and the division of the world.

It turns out that the fighting among jurists does not resort to it unless it is impossible to do without it and became an urgent necessity.
