Empires and countrie>s foundation are based on some principals which enable them to be developed among these principals we can consider human nature as a real motivator from its early biginning to its late ending for example Athmans nation (12991923/) was emerged in Anatolia and developed outside it was based on triblenervousness.let s take a closer look to Safavid nation (15011736/) which was based on tribunal system the issue which made it considred as a support for both nations Athmans and Safavid in its enternal peace and external devlopment as well as in its regional conflict which was lasted hundreds of years as aresult of interest collesion and strategic racial problems the idea which reflects the nature of relationship between Iran and Turkey.
