Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the degree of employment of e-learning in Kuwait University from the point of view of faculty members at the university.

The study was followed by a descriptive approach.

The study sample consisted of (510) faculty members at Kuwait University.

The researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (30) paragraph measuring the degree of employment of e-learning in Kuwait University from the point of view of the faculty members of the university.

The results of the study showed the following: The total assessment of the faculty members of Kuwait University to the degree of e-learning employment at Kuwait University from the point of view of faculty members at the university is high.

The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimations of faculty members to the degree of e-learning in Kuwait University from the point of view of faculty members in the university due to the variables of experience and the type of college.

In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the need to train some faculty members who employ e-learning to a medium degree in university teaching, especially in the field of employing electronic dictionaries programs, teleconferences in learning and training, the electronic library and additional websites.
