Abstract EN

This study aims to illustrate the importance of the diagnosis of learning styles..also, to know on Individual Differences among students ,The sample study consisted 88 students (Human Resource Management specialty at the University of mascara) to achieve the objectives of the study we distributed a questionnaire,population consisting of has been relying the dominance of cerebral tool for Herrmann.(Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) ), to measure learning styles.

The results of the study that indicated a lack of activation of Learning styles (internal and external) in a sample study students.

In addition, the results shows the poor existence of a Statistically significant relationship between the gender variable and style of external learning
