Abstract EN

This research shows what came in the prophetic Sunnah from Hadiths concerning orphans, the researcher gathered Hadiths which talked about that and arranged them by the way of classification or grouping and study them and gave them reasoned and detailed extraction and judged them according to what critics and scholars said in the past and present.

The research divided into introduction, abstract and six searches and conclusion The total of these mentioning Hadith in his research is eighty nine Hadith.

Fourteen of them are authentic (Sahih), fifteen are (Hassen), one Hadith is good, twenty five are weak, two transmitted, eight are very weak, one Hadith is thumping (Shath), nineteen are denounced (Munkar), and one Hadith is objective (Mawdue).

This research show how the prophetic Sunnah cared about an orphan with humorous Hadith about it specially what concern behaviors and aspects which deal with the orphan by them through them, keeping the unique Islamic values and morals.
