All the constitutions adopted by the Algerian state have enshrined the amnesty system as a genuine right of the President of the Republic, subject to no restrictions or censorship, However, the Algerian legislator did not address the legal system of amnesty by clarifying its basis and the rules on which it is based, but what we found through our knowledge of some special texts was that it was even superficially addressed to certain conditions and procedures which represent the legal system for granting pardons.
