تأثير آلية طلب التصويت بالثقة على العلاقة بين السلطتين التشريعية و التنفيذية : دراسة في التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016

Abstract EN

The relationship between the Legislative and Executive Authorities, according to the concept of flexible separation between the Authorities, is based on cooperation and mutual influence.

This mutual influence appears in several aspects, and the request for a Vote Of Confidence comes first, in which the Prime Minister asks the People’s National Assembly to give his Government the Trust, in purpose to carry out its executive tasks under support of the Parliamentary Majority.

This study focuses on the provisions which this Mechanism based on, so the introduction highlights the problematic and the methodology of the research, and the first section deals with conditions and procedures for employing the Confidence’s Vote Mechanism, while the second section deals with the legal effects for requesting a Vote Of Confidence.

At the end the conclusion of this research includes a series of results and recommendations.
