Abstract EN

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has tried in many previous years to activate local and national meetings on the pedagogic formation of the university professor in various universities and mention the University of Xian Ashour in Djelfa.

Despite the small number of professors who joined this cell, one of its objectives was to sensitize the university stadium to the pedagogic problems and to carry out pedagogical and pedagogical research in various disciplines.

However, it was noted with the lack and lack of studs to the outside, began some professors withdraw from this cell and stopped its activities.

One of the objectives of the Algerian University is undoubtedly the initiative to create the efficient framework for building the development process.

To achieve this goal, it is necessary to seek the effectiveness of the system of higher training by ensuring the maximum return of all investments granted and finding suitable qualifications for the jobs offered by the sectors used.

In order to achieve this principle, it is necessary to diagnose the problems caused by poor training in the educational system in general and in the university in particular, as the outcome of the educational process assesses the extent of the impact of the experience that the university institution makes on social and economic life.

We conclude from this that there is a close correlation between the type of composition and its function in society.

This function is particularly important in the type of impact that educational returns have on the social and economic structure of society.

This is why we must be careful to follow the results of the composition to know the type of learning that our students get during their composition and the extent of their success in the performance of the tasks assigned to them from technical occupations and cultural tasks and economic and social responsibilities.

At the beginning of the research, we assumed that the training process currently in place in all stages of education, especially at the university, did not reach the required level in response to the conditions of our environment and to the conditions of scientific research.
