The mechanism rights empowerment for working women - Comparative study- Abstract: The women had in Algerian Law, a special attention and protection, for a number of reasons ethical, social and legal, this protection was manifested inter alia various legislative provisions specific, to governing the employment of women in the form protectionist measures, and that’s what has devoted by the labour Code, just as the comparative legislation, international charters and conventions such as International Labour Organization Convention, thus confirming that the Algerian legislature go along with the international women labour conventions, to enable them to enter in the mainstream of economy, without neglecting their social role.
