Arabic Abstract
تكمن في ثنايا أي عمل أدبي مرموق رسالة أخلاقية للإنسانية تترك أثرا في حياة الأفراد و الجماعات أملا في إحداث تغيير إيجابي في المجتمعات.
إن ثبات المرء على المبادئ الأخلاقية و التصدي لتحمل المسؤولية بأمانة متحديا تهديدات السلطات و مقاوما لإغراءاتها من أهم الرسائل التي تبناها كل من هنريك إبسن في مسرحية عدى الشعب، و برتولت بريخت في مسرحية حياة جاليليو بالإضافة إلى روبرت بولت في مسرحية رجل لكل الفصول.
تتألف هذه الرسالة من مقدمة و ثلاثة فصول و خاتمة .
تعرض المقدمة للموضوع المناقش مع الخطوات المتبعة في كتابة البحث، و تناقش فكرة مبادئ ضد سلطات في الأعمال الأدبية بشكل عام و في المسرح على وجه الخصوص.
و يتطرق الفصل الأول إلى مسرحية هنريك إبسن عدو الشعب و يسلط الضوء على المواجهة بين بطل المسرحية دكتور ستوكمان و السلطات المحلية الغير أمينة على المصلحة العامة.
تنتهي المواجهة بهزيمة بطل المسرحية بشكل مأساوي.
يناقش الفصل الثاني مسرحية برتولت بريخت حياة جاليليو و يتمحور النقاش حول شخصية جاليليو بطل المسرحية الذي يدخل في صراع مع السلطة الدينية الكاثوليكية التي ترفض الحقائق العلمية التي تتعارض مع العقائد الدينية.
الشمس هي مركز الكون بالرغم من أن محاكم التفتيش تعاقب جاليليو بقسوة، تنتهي المواجهة بانتصار العلم على جهل السلطة الدينية.
أما الفصل الثالث فيناقش مسرحية روبرت بولت رجل لكل الفصول حيث يتمحور النقاش حول احتدام الصراع بين بطل المسرحية السير توماس مور و السلطة السياسية ممثلة بالملك هنري الثامن الذي ينوي تطليق زوجته و الزواج من أخرى لينجب وليا ذكرا لعهده ينتهي الصراع بموت بطل المسرحية بشرف.
و تعرض الخاتمة نتائج البحث من خلال أهم النقاط الواردة في الفصول الثلاثة السابقة.
يخلص البحث إلى إجراء مقاربة نقدية بين المسرحيات الثلاث و مقارنة أيضا لبيان أوجه الشبه و الاختلاف بين كيفية ثبات الفرد على المبادئ و طريقته في مجابهة السلطات كل بطريقة مختلفة لكنها تتشابه في الأهداف.
English Abstract
At the heart of any prominent literary work is an ethical human message that has an impact on the lives of individuals and groups to bring positive change in societies.
Individual’s sticking to principles and morals is one of the most important messages adopted by Henrik Ibsen in his Play An Enemy of the People, Bertolt Brecht’s Life of Galileo, and Robert Bolt’s Man of All Seasons.
This thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion.
The introduction exposes the literary background of the conflict between principles and authorities in drama generally and in three different plays particularly.
The first chapter tackles Henrik Ibsen’s An Enemy of the People.
In this chapter some light is shed on the personal traits of Dr.
Thomas Stockmann, the main character of the play, and his conflict with the corrupt local authority.
The conflict ends almost tragically with the defeat of the protagonist.
