Abstract EN

Present study aimed to identify the common thinking styles among disabilities teachers and it's relationship with years of experience , qualification, age and gender .

The study sample consists of (70) teacher from disabilities teachers program who work in Aseer governorate elementary schools.

The descriptive method was used by by applying the scale of Wagnr Sternberg (Sternberg & Wagner, 1991) expressed by Abu Hashim (2007) after verification of semantics sincerity and persistence.

Results showed that common style thinking among disabilities teachers is internal style fowled by external style then the executive style, meanwhile the Monarchic style came ate last rank.

The results showed no differences in thinking styles with teachers learning difficulties attributed to the age of the teacher and the gender variable except Monarchic style and external style the differences in favor of females, and in the internal method in favor of males, and for the variable of qualification except for local methods and minorities the differences in favor of bachelor holders
