Work-related emotional well-being is the individual's feelings about himself in relation to his work.Andthe aim of the present research is to identify the emotional well-being associated with the work of primary teachers according to the sex variables and the number of years of service, Consequently, a measure for the detection of work-related emotional well-being was made up of (54) items, And applied to a sample of (400) teachers from the center of the holy province of Karbala, where it was found that they enjoy the emotional well-being associated with work, and that there are no differences between them, depending on the sex variables and the number of years of service.
