Nowadays, Arbitration has obviously spread because of its great importance and increasing recourse to it as a method of resolving disputes related to increasing trade day by day.

Due to widespread use of the Internet and modern means of communication, electronic arbitration has become a mechanism for settling electronic commerce disputes, especially banking.

As banks, specially electronic ones, are a pillar of electronic trade, there are some who advocate the need to resolve banking disputes through electronic arbitration; for them It is compatible with disputes concerning the nature of the work of electronic banks requiring speed and confidentiality.

However, there are those who believe that electronic arbitration and electronic banking are fraught with a host of problems and shortcomings.

We try ,Through this intervention, to identify the factors that encourage the use of electronic arbitration to solve the disputes of electronic banks on the one hand, as well as the factors that hinder this trend on the other hand.
