English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing innovative leadership and its relationship with the creativity performance among female secondary high schools? principals at Jerash governorate as a perceived by teacher's.

)2019/2018(The study population of the study consisted of (465) teachers, and the sample consisted of (260) teachers.

To collect data's a questionnaire consisted of two was constructed, and its reliability and validity were computed.

The first part delt with innovative leadership consisted of (33) items distributed into four domains solving problems, dealing with new thoughts, personal interactive and persistence determination.

The second part of the questionnaire delt creativity in performance consisted of (19) items distributed into four domains.

Orgonite, fluency, sensitivity to problems, and flexibility.

The results of the study showed that the score of means of the domains of creative in performance was (3.54) medium degree.

It also showed that positive relationship exited between the respondent's rate of processing innovative leadership among the principals.

The results revealed that on significant differences existed between the means scores of the study sample and all domains due to experience existed for the domain of dealing with new thoughts for the benefit of more than 10 years, and there were significant differences among teacher's responses in all domains due to specialization, and no significant differences except for domains of fluency and flexibility for the benefit of more than 10 years.

The results also showed that significant differences existed between the means of scores of the teachers' responses except for the domains of originality and sensitivity for problems for the benefit of the bachelor degree in the light of the study results, the researcher introduced several recommendations.
