This study aims at showing the negative effects of internet which is regarded as one of the most spread means of communication widely used by children.

The exploitation of children at sexual issues through the web constitutes a real danger because they are the most exposed to it.

In front of this problem which goes beyond our national frontiers, many organizations and nations have recently tried to overcome this type of dangerous crime which is seen as a violation of public order and moral values .

But this requires international cooperation and the combination of all efforts of different social institutions so as to find the suitable solutions that protect children and ensure their safety when using internet .This can be achieved through putting a legal framework that fits to this special crime
