The study of history should be a vast field of lessons and lessons to benefit from them, and history scholars should go beyond the narrative of the event or the death toll of the battles, and dive in depth looking for reasons, and reach the results; which make the past a ladder of the present and the future, and without this analysis in the historical novel; Writing is just a compilation of events that does not remuneration.

This study deals with a part of the life of Al-Nasser, which is his role in the events of the battles between the Mongols and the Khwarizm, through the novels of the historian Ibn al-Atheer about him, and then analyzed and discover the reasons for the position of Ibn al-Atheer, Ibn al- Atheer's position was negative, and he criticized him in more than one place in his complete book in history when mentioning the sedition of the Mongols.
