in this case the penal judge is obligateed to use his analysis by using the jeduction, and the principles of good logic to reach to the truth which is identical with the factual facts and the intention of the legislator and the doctrine and jurisprudence.

Consequently, the judicial presomputions play an essential role, helping or complementary to other evidences, and they became of current application in ou Our time.

They are very important in renforcing the other evidence such as the witness and the aview nevertheless, the legislations which were subject of this study has adopted the principle of judicial conviction, but they are different in their dispositions and their application and their judicial approaches about the adoption of the judicial presompution as principal evidence.
